Warner Mendenhall
Founding member Warner Mendenhall obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Akron in 1985, a Master of Arts degree in political science in 1996 from Kent State University, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Akron School of Law in 1998.
Mr. Mendenhall is admitted to practice in Ohio, as well as before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Cleveland Bar Association, the Akron Bar Association, the Scanlon Inn of Court, Taxpayers against Fraud, and the Ohio Association for Justice, the Akron Law Library Association, the Ohio Association of Trial Lawyers, the American Trial Lawyers Association, and the Summit County Trial Lawyers Association.
Mr. Mendenhall's practice focuses on actions involving the False Claims Act, as well as qui tam litigation, municipal law employment law matters, and whistleblower litigation.
Jacquenette Corgan
Jacquenette Corgan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Akron in 1987, a Master of Arts degree from Kent State University in 1990, and her Juris Doctorate from Akron University in 2000. She is admitted to practice in Ohio and before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
Ms. Corgan also is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Summit County Trial Lawyers Association, and the Scanlon Inn of Court.
